Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for OA, mailbox, mes and other application system operation and maintenance management (deployment, monitoring, optimization, fault handling) 2. Responsible for changes and upgrades of application system 3. Rely on the existing monitoring platform, responsible for the configuration of monitoring indicators for each system, and develop custom indicators if necessary 4. Responsible for daily operation problem record, feedback and tracking 5. Corporate virtualization and data backup and security 6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader 7. Team up with IT team members to continuously deliver quality support to the user community
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 3 years experience in system operation and maintenance
  2. Familiar with the configuration, O&M management of AD domains, Exchange, and Office365
  3. Familiar with the configuration and management of common server systems such as Windows and Linux, and have certain script writing ability
  4. Familiar with Solarwinds, zabbix, monitoring and logging system tools such as elastic
  5. Familiar with Vmware virtualization platform、Version release tools such as the SVN
  6. Familiar with backup software and devices. Experience with the Veritas backup appliance is preferred
