Job Descriptions
•Assemble jigs, fixtures, and tooling components in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications. •Perform high-precision benchwork and lapping operations as required. •Inspect and verify parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, height gauges, and calipers. •Ensure accurate alignment, squareness, and dimensional tolerances during the assembly process. •Modify and adjust tooling assemblies based on operational requirements and engineering feedback. •Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure tooling meets functional and customer requirements. •Document assembly steps, modifications, and quality checks for traceability and continuous improvement. •Track and follow up on required parts and components to ensure on-time job completion with quality. •Maintain and organize tools, fixtures, and the workstation for safety, efficiency, and compliance with workplace standards. •Adhere to all company safety protocols, policies, and best practices in daily activities.
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or technical certification in mechanical or manufacturing technology preferred.
  2. 2+ years of experience in assembly of tooling, jigs, or fixtures in a manufacturing environment.
  3. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering blueprints.
  4. Proficient in the use of hand tools, measuring instruments, and machine shop equipment.
  5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  7. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  8. Must have hands-on experience in using and working with microscopes for detailed inspection and assembly tasks.
