Job Descriptions
Sales Admin - เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลลูกค้าที่เข้าเยี่ยมชมโครงการ - ทำเอกสารการจอง และประสานเรื่องเอกสารกับเซลและฝ่ายบัญชี - จัดทำรายงานการสั่งซื้อของใช้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับฝ่ายขาย - ประสานงานสำนักงานขายกับ Head Office Admin • ช่วยจัดการคำสั่งซื้อ (Order Processing) ทั้งจากระบบและแบบ Manual • ตรวจสอบและเตรียมสินค้าตามคำสั่งซื้อ (Pick & Pack) • ประสานงานกับทีมจัดส่ง และแพลตฟอร์มขนส่ง (เช่น Flash, Kerry, SCG Express ฯลฯ) • บันทึกข้อมูลการจัดส่ง และอัปเดตสถานะคำสั่งซื้อให้ลูกค้า • จัดทำรายงานรายวัน/รายสัปดาห์เกี่ยวกับยอดคำสั่งซื้อและสถานะคลังสินค้า ตามระบบ • ช่วยงานด้านคลังสินค้า เช่น นับสต๊อกสินค้า (Inventory Count), รับสินค้าเข้า (Inbound) - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เพื่อเรียนรู้กระบวนการ Logistics ทั้งระบบ
Qualifications
  1. สามารถ ใช้ Microsoft Office ได้
  2. ประสบการณ์ ด้านประสานงานขายอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  3. มีความกระตือรือร้น รักความก้าวหน้า อดทน ขยัน และมีเป้าหมายในการทำงาน
  4. มีทักษะในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
  5. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  6. สามารถเดินทางได้ในทุกโครงการแนวราบขอบริษัทฯ
