Job Descriptions
- ช่วยเหลือ manager ประสานงาน เช่น ตรวจสอบเอกสารงาน และช่วย monitor เคสต่างๆ - ช่วยทีมแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และประสานงานแทนหัวหน้า สามารถตัดสินใจแทน Manager ได้ในกรณีเคสมีความซับซ้อนไม่มาก - เทรนนิ่งขั้นตอนการทำงานให้พนักงานใหม่ - ตอบคำถามอย่างมืออาชีพ รับฟังปัญหาลูกค้า และแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างทันท่วงที - ช่วยกระจายงานให้น้องในทีม - ลงข้อมูลในระบบ CRM และจัดทำเอกสารต่างๆ **ทำงาน 5 วันหยุด 2 วัน (อาจหยุดไม่ตรงเสาร์-อาทิตย์)
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 27-32 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
  3. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
  4. สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการ
  6. ทำงานเป็นทีม และรับแรงกดดันได้
  7. มีความรู้และสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม Google map, Microsoft word, Excel, Google sheet ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  8. มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับบริการรถยนต์ หรือประกัน / บริการหลังการขาย จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
