Job Descriptions

1. Troubleshooting the problem related to Data Center Infrastructure and customers networks and servers. 2. Escalation to higher level when requires 3. Receive and Response to customer issue or problem. 4. Logging, follow up and tracking the details of Customer Requests and problems Identify the types, categories, severity and urgency of the case. 5. Route customer cases to proper teams to follow up and handle (both internal and external). 6. Including tracking the status of cases until closure. 7. Provide technical phone support to customers. 8. Provide remote support and/or remote maintenance to Data Center and customers. 9. Provide reports to customers upon requests. 10. Maintain and/or Update customer information in the customer database. 11. Perform routine operation and maintenance for Data Center and customers. Shift work: Rotation 1) 08:00 20:00 2) 09:00 21:00 3) 20:00 08:00 4) 21:00 09:00

Qualifications

Male age not over 32.
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT related fields.
1-2 years experience in IT/Network/Engineering Technical support or related.
Knowledge of Server, Hardware, Windows operating system, TCP/IP, Networking, MS Office, Anti-virus software
Knowledge of Cisco router and switch, Windows Server 2003/2008, Take care Website (Preferred)
Able to work in Shift. (Rotate in day and night shift)
Customer Service mind.
Fair command of English.
Contract 1 Year (renewable)
