Job Descriptions
Overview: The HR Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations, welfare programs, training operations, weekly orientations, stay interviews, exit interviews, and engagement surveys. The role involves issuing warnings for poor performance, managing welfare and benefits, organizing company activities, and handling labor-related issues. The position requires a Thai with a good command of English, especially in reading and writing, as the role involves reporting to the headquarters in Singapore. The position holder should be empathetic, proactive, and skilled in communication and relationship-building. Responsibilities: - Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations and provide support throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance management, and offboarding support). Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Handle any issues related to labor laws and regulations. - Rule Enforcement: Ensure compliance with legal and administrative requirements for policies and company regulations. Enforce company rules and regulations. Issue warnings and take corrective action when employees have performance issues. - Welfare Programs: Oversee and administer employee welfare programs, ensuring they align with company policies and meet employees' needs. Ensure the well-being and welfare of employees. - Training Operations: Coordinate and manage training programs, ensuring employees receive necessary training for their roles. Conduct weekly orientation sessions for new employees, introducing them to company policies, culture, and procedures. - Stay Interviews and Exit Interviews: Conduct stay interviews to understand and address employee needs and concerns, helping to improve retention. Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees and provide insights for improving employee retention. - Company Activities & Employee Engagement
Qualifications
  1. Thai nationality, aged between 27 and 35 years old.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  3. At least 5 years of experience in HR roles, focusing on employee relations and welfare.
  4. Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  6. Creativity and passion for seeing others happy, with the ability to develop and implement engaging activities and programs.
  7. Skilled in building and maintaining positive relationships among employees.
  8. Empathy and proactive approach in addressing employee needs and concerns.
  9. Ability to act as a consultant and counselor to employees, providing support and guidance on personal and professional issues.
  10. Ability to contribute to the company's overall employer brand.
