Job Descriptions
1.Ensure the workplace complies with local, state, and federal environmental regulations. 2.Monitor and interpret changes in relevant laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance. 3.Develop and implement health and safety programs to promote a safe work environment. 4.Conduct training sessions to educate employees on safety protocols and procedures. 5.Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace. 6.Monitor and manage environmental aspects, such as waste disposal, emissions, and resource usage. 7.Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence. 8.Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required. 9.Develop and maintain emergency response plans to handle workplace incidents.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years work experience in EHS or Occupational Health.
  3. Understanding of relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  4. Have experience working in an electronics manufacturing factory
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey safety information and requirements.
  6. Can communicate in English or Chinese.
  7. Have team management experience is prefer.
  8. The company does not have transportation.
