Job Descriptions
1. Provide smooth export operation from factory to overseas customers
2. Coordinate with logistics provider for customs clearance process
3. Handling export document for shipments (invoice, packing list, B/L, etc.)
4. Coordinate with freight forwarder for booking space, preparing B/L or AWB
5. Check and verify logistics provider's billing invoices according to agreed rates
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply chain or related fields
- Experience :0-3 years experience in logistics (Import or Export operation, preferably in Export function)
- Able to communicate in English for speaking, reading, and writing.
- Basic computer skill MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-mail communication.
- RPA, PowerBI, Power Query, or other IT skills (if possible)
