Job Descriptions
1.วางแผนการผลิตรายวัน/รายสัปดาห์/รายเดือน จัดทำแผนการผลิตให้สอดคล้องกับคำสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้า (Sales Orders) และระดับสินค้าคงคลัง (Inventory) พิจารณากำลังการผลิต (Production Capacity), กำลังคน และวัตถุดิบคงเหลือ 2.วางแผนการใช้วัตถุดิบ (Material Planning) ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อและคลังสินค้าเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าวัตถุดิบเพียงพอต่อการผลิต ตรวจสอบ BOM (Bill of Materials) และสูตรการผลิตอย่างถูกต้อง 3.ติดตามและควบคุมแผนการผลิต ติดตามความก้าวหน้าในการผลิตจริงเทียบกับแผน วิเคราะห์และปรับแผนการผลิตเมื่อเกิดเหตุขัดข้อง เช่น เครื่องจักรเสีย หรือวัตถุดิบขาด 4.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพ (QC), ฝ่ายบรรจุภัณฑ์, ฝ่ายจัดส่ง, และคลังสินค้า รับฟังและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต 5.รายงานและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการผลิต จัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์การใช้กำลังการผลิต, การเบิกใช้วัตถุดิบ, และของเสีย (Waste Analysis) สนับสนุนการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต (Production Efficiency)
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิ ปวส.ขึ้นไป หรือปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ, วิทยาศาสตร์เคมี, การจัดการอุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. ประสบการณ์ด้านการวางแผนการผลิตในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม โดยเฉพาะในอุตสาหกรรมเคมีหรือปิโตรเคมีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบ ERP/MRP และโปรแกรม Excel ในระดับดี
  5. มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ วางแผน แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และสามารถรับแรงงานกดดันได้ดี
  6. มีความสามารถในการประสานงานหลายฝ่าย และทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
  7. ยินดีรับผู้พิการ ที่สามารถช่วยเหลือตนเองได้และมีบัตรรับรองผู้พิการ
