Job Descriptions
- Design, develop and qualify wire connectorprocesses Lead development efforts in current processing modules utilizing industry standard techniques for characterization and analysis - Work with wire connector, performing a variety of R&D driven platform investigations including new developments and process corner margin evaluations Develop techniques and strategies for analyzing large data sets Perform a variety of physical, electrical, devices Design critical experiments, analyze data, develop meaningful conclusions, and produce written summaries of results Identify, quantify key module deficiencies/technology gaps and drive cross-functional teams to address Coordinate activities at the manufacturing side towards starting up Rnd test vehicles for future node development Assist in the transfer of a new technology from R&D to manufacturing and contribute towards ensuring successful ramp & qualification Develop, maintain and improve process modules including design rules, structural and electrical specifications for alternative flows
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
  2. Working experience more than 5 years in PIE or related job
  3. Strong analytical and critical thinking / Systematic thinking skills and flexible
  4. Take accountability and ownership
  5. Good command of spoken and written English
