1. Support Live บนแพลตฟอร์ม TikTok และ Facebook (ตอบแชทเรียลไทม์)
2. ตอบแชท และดูแลลูกค้าผ่านทาง Line Official, Facebook
3. ปิดการขาย และนัดลูกค้าทำสัญญา
4. งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ (เข้าออฟฟิศ 5 วัน และ WFH 1 วัน ตั้งแต่เดือน ก.ค.-ก.ย.) **เริ่มเข้าออฟฟิศ 100% ในเดือนตุลาคม**
- ขอคนยืดหยุ่นวันและเวลาทำงาน สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ และทำงานในวันนักขัตฤกษ์ได้
- อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ม.6, ปวช., ปวส. ขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะในการใช้ภาษาไทยอย่างถูกต้อง (โดยเฉพาะการพิมพ์)
- มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงาน
- รักในงานบริการและการดูแลลูกค้า
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับ Spec ของโทรศัพท์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ในระดับพื้นฐาน
