Job Descriptions

Responsibilities: • Responsible for packaging development process including packaging design development and performance testing. • In charge of minor change of product sampling according to customer requirements. •Report team activities and achievement to management level by daily, monthly and annually basis. • Participate in kick-off and handover of new product from Technical Center(TC) to Production • During the handover meeting, clear or raise any issue or problem that concern or occur in production process. • Support customer and supplier qualification. • Support team member during development process. • Analyze and summarize trial data to negotiate with customer/supplier. • Improve technical data by conducting trials with factor affecting cost, energy and material consumption.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Packaging Technology.
3-5 years of experienced in Packaging development.
Experienced in FMCG or related industries preferred.
Coordinate packaging development projects to ensure alignment with project timelines and requirements.
Monitor primary and secondary packaging development progress according to project milestones.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share packaging knowledge, identify risks and escalate issues promptly.
Lead line trial and provide support during initial production phases for new products.
Verify and finalize finished products after trial/validation process.
Support production in troubleshooting and developing solutions for process-related issues and contribute to packaging improvements based on feedback from production and customers.
Provide technical support and knowledge to relevant functions and assist in resolving non-conformance and deviation issues related to packing processes.
Knowledge and background in ISO, GMP, HACCP, 5S and safety are preferred.
Good interpersonal skills to relate well with all employee level.
Good leadership, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skill.
Good communication skill both Local and English skill to relay message relate packaging project to all concern people in the plant.
