Job Descriptions
1. Control, manage and carry out all export-related document operations until the goods are delivered to the customer. Track shipment status updates such as ETD (if any) / Destination ETA / POD. 2. Prepare export documents such as contract, invoice, packing list, BL, LC, Health Cerf., Pink Form, Vessel booking. 3. Prepare/verify the documents for the expenses of the Departure formalities departure procedures. 4. Contact and coordinate Freight Forwarding, Shipping and various departments in the organization such as Packing, Sales, Accounting, etc. 5. Freight Management: Liaise with freight forwarders and carriers to schedule shipments. Including negotiation of Freight, courier or post rates for the transportation of goods and samples both by sea, air, by car and check the transportation management, coordinate with relevant departments both inside and outside the organization to ensure that the loading of export goods is on time and correct. 6. Support sales team on packing and loading goods. 7. Provide feedback to solve problems, improve and develop work. 8. Set up export container model in collaboration with purchasing manager. 9. Recruit enough Freight Forwarders to work and find new ones to increase options for the organization. 10. Process Improvement : Evaluate and enhance export processes on a continuous basis, identifying potential for efficiency gains and cost reductions. Propose and implement innovative solutions to streamline export operations and enhance overall performance. 11. Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. A relevant qualification or degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or similar area is preferred.
  2. Proven experience as an Export Coordinator or in a similar role within the logistics or international trade industry.
  3. Strong understanding and knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping documentation.
  4. Have good strategic planning, negotiation and persuasion skills.
  5. Ability to use Microsoft programs; Word, Excel, PWP.
  6. Good written and oral command of English.
  7. Outstanding organisational and time management abilities, as well as the ability to manage many priorities and fulfil deadlines.
  8. An eye for detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
  9. Problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  10. Familiarity with Incoterms, trade compliance programs, and export licensing is a plus.
