Job Descriptions
1. Developing, optimizing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and safety. 2. Identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce costs, minimize waste, and increase efficiency. 3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes, technologies, and equipment. 4. Monitoring and analyzing process data, identifying trends, and proposing solutions for process improvement - continuously. 5. Performing process capability studies, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making to achieve operational excellence and meet production targets. 6. Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all process engineering activities.
Qualifications
  1. Have at least 3 year work experience as a Process Engineer
  2. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar field is preferred
  3. Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies and statistical analysis.
  4. Proficient in process analysis, process modelling, statistical analysis and simulation software.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex process issues.
  6. Working knowledge of process safety, risk assessment and compliance with regulatory standards.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
