Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across all online channels, phone calls, and walk-in customers. - Efficiently manage and process customer orders. - Possess a basic understanding of our products and services. - Have fundamental knowledge of installing/configuring PC software and drivers. - Categorize issues and escalate them to the appropriate team. - Respond to frequently asked questions (FAQ). - Provide basic user guidance and troubleshooting support. - Share relevant user manuals and instructional videos. Qualifications and Skills: - A passion for assembling products; interest in equipment and automobiles is a strong plus. - Able to multitask and manage time effectively. - Capable of problem-solving independently. - Responsible and a strong team player. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
