Job Descriptions
- Lead and manage the R&D team to develop new products and improve existing products. - Oversee the design, testing, and implementation of new technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and sales to ensure seamless integration of new products. - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for innovation. - Develop and manage the R&D budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Prepare and present reports on project status, research findings, and strategic recommendations to senior management. - Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the R&D team. - Strong knowledge of copper and aluminum piping and related components. - Proficiency in 3D design software such as SolidWorks and 2D design software such as AutoCAD. -Working on R&D and Marketing together
Qualifications
  1. Male, female, age 35 years and above
  2. Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher
  3. 5+ years of experience in home appliances (if possible)
  4. Have leadership qualities
  5. Have a good personality and interpersonal skills.
  6. Have good problem solving skills.
  7. Have a good attitude, be attentive to details, work accurately and with enthusiasm.
  8. Available 6 days a week
  9. Experienced in developing electrical appliance products, especially refrigerators.
  10. Able to interpret drawings (2D or 3D)
  11. Experience in estimation-related work (preferred)
  12. Able to speak English (preferred)
