Job Descriptions
1.Manage recruitment, onboarding procedures, and resignation processes for employees in Thailand. 2.Calculate employee salaries, ensure timely payment of social security contributions, and handle medical and work-related injury claims in compliance with Thai regulations. 3.Support headquarters in coordinating employee training and performance management activities, following established guidelines. 4.Assist in managing procedures and qualifications during the company's establishment phase in Thailand. 5.Undertake other duties as assigned by the company.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in human resources management and administration roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  3. Demonstrated knowledge of Thai labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with employees at all levels.
  5. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing a team.
  6. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related software.
  7. Experience in implementing HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work culture and compliance.
  8. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
  9. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic environment.
