Job Descriptions
Responsibilities Main contact window with customer quality team, work with PM and BU Product Quality Planning and Process Optimization specific to customer Review all suppliers, internals, and customer discrepancies. coordinate and track the effectiveness of corrective/proactive action effort Monitor and control yeild rate, quality alert and process abnormalities in production line WI as per Inspection procedure ,Sampling plan/ AQL ติดต่อลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ ควบคุมเอกสารวิศวกรรม การออดิท เพือนควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด Control yeild rate ของสายการผิด Welfare and Benefits Annual Health Check (ตรวจสุขภาพประจำปี) Annual Leave (วันหยุดพักผ่อนประจำปี) Dormitory (For foreigners & in other provinces) Free Shuttle Bus (บริการรถรับส่งพนักงาน) Lunch (อาหารกลางวัน) Salary Increment (ปรับเงินเดือน) Shift Allowance ( ค่ากะ) Transportation Provident Fund Overtime Accommodation allowance (in other provinces) Social security รถรับ-ส่ง พนักงาน (เฉพาะโรงงาน)/ Transportation (Factory only) Ordination leave Employee's uniform Attendance bonus or other special compensation Performance/results-based bonus Annual bonus
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor of Telecom,Electronic,computer,tooling,industrial, mechanical Engineering
  2. Good Command in Microsoft office
  3. Understand Data Analysis, detail-oriented and problem solving)
  4. Verbal and written communication skills in English
  5. Good personality and good interpersonal relationship skill.
