ควบคุมดูแลพนักงานที่อยู่ภายใต้การบังคับบัญชาภายในหน่วยงานให้ปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้, ดูแลเครื่องจักรที่รับผิดชอบให้พร้อมใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง และงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการโรงงานได้มอบหมายได้มอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย - หญิง
- จบปริญญาตรีวิทยาศาสตร์อาหาร จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- เคยผ่านประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายงานการผลิตสินค้ามาก่อนอย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความเป็นผู้นำ สามารถสื่อสารได้อย่างเข้าใจและชัดเจน
- สามารถทำงานเข้ากะได้ หากเคยมีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Line Leader มาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีประสบการผลิตซอส น้ำจิื้มจะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถคิดวิเคราะห์ วางแผนบริหารจัดการงานและแก้ปัญหาได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
- สามารถวางแผนการผลิตได้
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการโรงงาน
