บริษัท 5 พรหมประเสริฐ จำกัด (ร้าน 5 พรปรารถนา) เปิดรับสมัคร “Supervisor” 1 อัตรา Supervisor โตไว ได้บริหารจริง ไม่ใช่แค่ตามคำสั่ง! ถ้าคุณเข้าใจทีม มีภาวะผู้นำ และพร้อมรับมือกับปัญหาได้อย่างมืออาชีพ มีประสบการณ์ในสายงาน เราอยากชวนคุณมาเป็นหัวใจของทีมในตำแหน่ง Supervisor ที่นี่ให้คุณได้มากกว่าแค่ตำแหน่ง — เราให้ "พื้นที่ให้คุณเติบโต" สมัครเลย แล้วมาร่วมผลักดันทีมที่แข็งแกร่งไปด้วยกัน
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 28–45 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป (ทุกสาขา หากมีประสบการณ์ตรงจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  3. ดูแล ควบคุม และบริหารทีมงานให้ปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพตามเป้าหมาย
  4. วางแผนงานประจำวัน/สัปดาห์ ติดตามผลการดำเนินงานของทีม สรุปผลรายงาน พร้อมเสนอแนะแนวทาง ต่อผู้บริหาร - ประสานงาน สื่อสารกับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ได้ดี
  5. แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และตัดสินใจได้อย่างเหมาะสม
  6. สนับสนุนพัฒนาทีมงานให้มีทักษะและประสิทธิภาพเพิ่มขึ้น
  7. มีประสบการณ์ในสายงาน Supervisor หรือหัวหน้าทีม
  8. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
