- รับสายลูกค้าที่ติดต่อเข้ามา ให้ข้อมูล และแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้าในสาย (ไม่ใช่งานขายหรืองานทำยอด)
- ให้คำแนะนำ ความช่วยเหลือ
- ตอบเมลล์ และอื่นๆ ตามได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- สัญชาติไทย อายุ 18-40 ปี
- ไม่กำหนดวุฒิการศึกษา
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ขั้นพื้นฐานได้
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบริการมาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- **สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ**
- สามารถเข้างานเป็นกะได้ ( 08.00-17.00 / 09.00-18.00 / 11.00 - 20.00 / 13.00 - 22.00)
