Job Descriptions
- วางแผนกำลังคนทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะยาว ควบคุมและกำหนดวิธีการสรรหาบุคลากร - ร่วมวางแผนการพัฒนาและฝึกอบรมบุคลากรทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะยาว - วางแผนการบริหารกิจกรรมพนักงานแรงงานสัมพันธ์ - บริหารและควบคุมด้านยื่นเอกสารราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องทันเวลาและถูกต้อง - งานธุรการภายในอาคารสำนักงาน - อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย / หญิง อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี หรือเทียบเท่าขึ้นไป บริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล การจัดการ รัฐศาสตร์ จิตวิทยา หรือ สาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HRM และ HRD 3 - 5 ปี
  4. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับงานที่ต้องประสานงานกับราชการทั้งหมด
  5. มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารงานบุคคล
  6. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS-Office Excel/Word ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  7. มีความรู้และทักษะในการใช้เครื่องมือการบริหารงานบุคคล
  8. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ ISO มรท.การจ้างงานผู้พิการ
  9. สามารถแก้ไขสถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  10. มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดีและสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  11. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
  12. หากเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  13. ไม่มีประวัติอาชญากรรม
