Job Descriptions
• Bookkeeping for vendor payment, and issue the invoice accounting. • Prepare the tracking excel file with detail of tax invoices scanned, and other accounting operations. • Handle correspondence and communication with vendors, clients, and staff. • Prepare withholding tax certificates, submit them to the revenue department, and send to vendors. • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
  3. Experience in accounting software such as Express, Quick book or related system.
  4. A team player with excellent communication and presentation.
  5. Be able to work independence and under pressure.
  6. Thai native with communicative in English, other languages would be an advantage.
