Job Descriptions
หน้าที่ที่รับผิดชอบ 1. ติดต่อลูกค้า และสอบถามเรื่องการโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ ว่าลูกค้าต้องการยื่นกู้สินเชื่อ / หรือ โอนสด 2. ประสานธนาคารให้ติดต่อลูกค้า และนัดรับเอกสารในการยื่นกู้สินเชื่อ (กรณียื่นสินเชื่อ) 3. ติดตามผลการยื่นกู้สินเชื่อของลูกค้า (กรณียื่นสินเชื่อ) 4. แจ้งผลอนุมัติกับทางลูกค้า เพื่อนัดวันโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ (กรณียื่นสินเชื่อ) 5. ติดตามความพร้อมของห้องชุดก่อนนัดลูกค้าตรวจห้องชุด / ดูห้องชุด 6. ประสานงานฝ่ายก่อสร้างให้เตรียมความพร้อมของห้องชุด เพื่อส่งมอบห้องชุดให้แก่ลูกค้า 7. นัดลูกค้าเข้าตรวจห้องชุด / ดูห้องชุด 8. งานเอกสารและงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง รายละเอียดการทำงาน 1.ทำงานวันจันทร์ ถึง วันศุกร์ เวลา 09.00 - 18.00 น. 2.มีเวลาทำงานที่ยืดหยุ่น 3.ประกันสังคม 4.ประกันอุบัติเหตุ (ตามเงื่อนไขของบริษัท) 5.โบนัสตามผลประกอบการ 6.ปรับเงินเดือนประจำปี 7.Staff Party
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 27 - 35 ปี
  2. จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา ประสบการณ์ทำงานตรงสาย อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  3. สามารถทำงานเร่งด่วนได้ และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
  4. มีความสามารถในการสื่อสาร เจรจาต่อรอง และประสานงานกับผู้อื่น
  5. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้ เช่น MS office
  6. บุคลิกภาพดี และมีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน
  7. สามารถเดินทางไปปฎิบัติงานพัทยา และต่างจังหวัดได้
