Job Descriptions
- ดูแลและรับผิดชอบในส่วนงานการสรรหาว่าจ้างพนักงาน
เช่น การรับสมัคร การนัดหมายสัมภาษณ์ การบันทึกข้อมูลพนักงาน
- ดูแลและรับผิดชอบในส่วนของ กฏระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพนักงาน
และในเรื่องการลงโทษกรณีที่ทำผิดกฏระเบียบ และการปฏิบัติตามกฏหมายแรงงาน
Qualifications
- เพศชาย หรือ เพศหญิง อายุไม่เกิน 27 ปี
- สำเร็จระดับการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ ทรัพยากรบุคคล อาทิเช่น รัฐศาสตร์ หรืออื่นๆ เป็นต้น
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 0 - 3 ปี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสถานประกอบกิจการจะเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี อัธยาศัยดี สามารถติดต่อสื่อสาร และเข้ากับผู้คนได้ดี
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ เช่นโปรแกรม Microsoft Office , Excel , Word ต่าง ๆ ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สุขภาพร่างกายสมบูรณ์แข็งแรง
