Job Descriptions
- จัดทำ ใบกำกับภาษี, ใบวางบิล, ใบลดหนี้, ใบเสร็จรับเงิน - ติดตามใบส่งของ, ใบรับวางบิล, จัดเก็บเอกสารเข้าแฟ้ม - จัดทำรายงานภาษีขาย - โทรสอบถามเช็ค และการจ่ายชำระของลูกหนี้คงค้าง - บันทึกบัญชีเกี่ยวกับการรับชำระหนี้จากลูกหนี้ - สรุปยอดลูกหนี้คงเหลือประจำสัปดาห์ - จัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์อายุลูกหนี้ประจำเดือน - จัดทำรายงานภาษีขาย (ภพ.30) ทุกเดือน - จัดสรุปค่าคอมมิชชั่น รายเดือน - ตรวจสอบ Bank Statement ของธนาคาร - บันทึกข้อมูลลูกค้ารายใหม่และเก็บเอกสาร - จัดทำรายงาน Forecast รับเงินรายเดือน - งานที่มีความเกี่ยวเนื่องต่อแผนกอื่น - งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย-หญิง และ LGBTQ
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. อายุไม่เกิน 39 ปี
  4. มีความซื่อสัตย์ อดทน ละเอียดรอบคอบ
  5. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
  6. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  7. มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน
  8. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้อย่างดี
  9. มีความรู้ด้านระบบ ERP เป็นอย่างดี
  10. มีทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษ (หากมีผลสอบ TOEIC ตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดจะได้รับเงินพิเศษ)
  11. มีแนวคิดใหม่ๆ ในการทำงานและบริหารจัดการเวลาการทำงานได้ดี
