Job Descriptions
1.วิจัยและพัฒนาเคมีภัณฑ์สำหรับกระบวนการผลิต PCB เช่น สารกัดทองแดง (etchant), สารทำความสะอาดผิวโลหะ (cleaning agents), สารชุบโลหะ (plating chemicals), photoresist และ solder mask 2.ออกแบบสูตรเคมีและทดสอบในระดับ lab scale และนำไปสู่การทดลองในระดับ pilot/production scale 3.วิเคราะห์คุณสมบัติของสารเคมีและผลิตภัณฑ์ เช่น ความเสถียร, อัตราการกัดกร่อน, การยึดเกาะ ฯลฯ 4.ทำการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาเชิงเคมีที่พบในกระบวนการผลิต (troubleshooting) และหาแนวทางปรับปรุง 5.ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายผลิต, QA และLAB เพื่อทดสอบและนำผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ไปใช้จริง 6.จัดทำเอกสารงานวิจัย, SDS (Safety Data Sheet), TDS (Technical Data Sheet), COA (Certificate of Analysis) 7.ศึกษาเทคโนโลยีและแนวโน้มสารเคมีใหม่ ๆ ในอุตสาหกรรม PCB ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 30 ปี ขึ้นไป
  2. ปริญญาตรี หรือสูงกว่า ในสาขา เคมี, เคมีประยุกต์, วิศวกรรมเคมี หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน เคมีสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์หรือ PCB อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี (หากเป็นระดับ Senior)
  4. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับสารเคมีที่ใช้ในกระบวนการผลิต PCB เช่น etchant, plating, surface finish
  5. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
  6. สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ทางเคมี เช่น Titration, UV-Vis, FTIR, AAS/ICP, SEM/EDX ได้
  7. ทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์เชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
  8. สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานได้ด้วยตนเอง
