>>Contract : ต่อทุก 3 เดือน (และโอกาสปรับประจำสูง)
>>Work location : อาคาร UM Tower (Airport Link Ramkhamhaeng)
>>รายละเอียดงาน
• ติดต่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้าผ่าน LINE AI Chat, อีเมล หรือทางโทรศัพท์
• แก้ไขปัญหาและจัดการข้อกังวลของลูกค้าให้ลุล่วง
>>ทำงาน
• จันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 08.30น.-17.30น.
• หยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์ นักขัตฤกษ์
>>สวัสดิการ :

Qualifications
- วุฒิ ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
- ประสบการณ์ Call center หรือ Telesales, Customer service หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้ Outlook, Microsoft office เช่น Excel ในการดึงข้อมูล หรือหาข้อมูลได้ดี
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารได้ดี
- ทักษะด้าน Soft Skills บุคลิกเป็นมิตร มีใจรักงานบริการ
- ให้ความสำคัญกับคุณภาพของงาน พร้อมปรับตัวและมุ่งมั่นเกินความคาดหมาย
