Job Descriptions
-Mold maintenance according to the preventive plan
ดำเนินการซ่อมบำรุงรักษาแม่พิมพ์ให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนด
-Mold repair according to the mold request.
ซ่อมแซมแม่พิมพ์ตามเอกสารการแจ้งซ่อม
-Mold inspection before and after production to prevent problems during production.
ดำเนินการตรวจเช็คแม่พิมพ์ ก่อน-หลัง การขึ้นผลิต เพื่อป้องกันปัญหาระหว่างการผลิต
-Mold maintenance record
บันทึกผลการบำรุงรักษาแม่พิมพ์ลงในเอกสารการบำรุงรักษา
-Mold inspection when there is new mold incoming.
-ดำเนินการตรวจสอบเมื่อมีแม่พิมพ์เข้ามาใหม่
-Cleaning according to 5S, follow company rules and safety regulations.
ทำความสะอาดตามหลัก 5ส ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัทและข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย
-Other job as assigned by Supervisor or above.
งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุ 20-35 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับงานซ่อม เเละPreventive Maintenance แม่พิมพ์ อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีทักษะในการ เชื่อม เจียร กลึง ขัดเงาแม่พิมพ์
- รู้จักและสามารถใช้เครื่องมือเครื่องใช้ในการซ่อมบำรุงแม่พิมพ์
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับโครงสร้างแม่พิมพ์
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้งานปั้นจั่นเหนือศรีษะ
