Job Descriptions
1. Deliver high-quality instruction in Thai language and literature following the IGCSE curriculum. 2. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students. 3. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed. 4. Prepare students for IGCSE examinations, including mock exams and revision sessions. 5. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth. 6. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices. 7. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance. 8. Participate in school meetings, professional development opportunities, and other activities as required.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Thai Language, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  2. Relevant teaching certification or license.
  3. Proven experience teaching Thai at the IGCSE level.
  4. Familiarity with the IGCSE curriculum and examination procedures.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
  7. Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
  8. Experience with educational technology and digital tools is an advantage.
  9. Enthusiasm for working in an international education environment.
  10. Ability to innovate and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
