Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย หรือหญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี (กรณีเพศชายต้องผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหาร หรือได้รับการยกเว้น)
  2. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ รัฐศาสตร์ การจัดการ บริหารธุรกิจ จิตวิทยา หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในงานด้านการบริหารบุคคลและพัฒนาบุคลากร ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี หรือ
  4. มีประสบการณ์ด้านฝึกอบรมพัฒนาบุคลากรทั้งภายในและภายนอกไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี
  5. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีใจรักงานบริการ สามารถปฏิบัติงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้เป็นอย่างดี
  6. ทักษะการติดต่อสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
  7. มีความคล่องตัวสูง และกระตือรือร้นในการปฏิบัติงาน ตอบสนองอย่างรวดเร็ว
  8. เปิดใจเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตัวเองอยู่ตลอดเวลา
  9. สามารถจัดกิจกรรมได้ และเป็นวิทยากรได้
  10. สามารถติดต่อประสานงานการฝึกอบรมภายใน และภายนอกได้เป็นอย่างดี
  11. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี และโปรแกรมประชุมออนไลน์ (เช่น Zoom, Microsoft Team)
