Job Descriptions
1.รับผิดชอบดูแลประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่ขายกับลูกค้าที่ได้รับมอบหมาย 2.ตรวจสอบสต็อกสินค้าและจัดทำใบสั่งขายในระบบ 3.จัดทำข้อมูล-ที่อยู่การจัดส่งกับทีมงานจัดส่งสินค้าในบริษัทและนอกบริษัท 4.จัดทำการเบิกสินค้าในระบบและประสานกับแผนกคลังสินค้า 5.ทำการยืนยันใบสั่งขายเพื่อเปิดใบกำกับภาษีจัดส่งสินค้า 6.ติดต่อประสานงานและส่งต่อข้อมูลกับแผนกเกี่ยวข้อง 7.งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย *ทำงาน จันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 08:15 - 17:15 (หยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์)
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี
  2. เคยมีประสบการณ์ทำธุรการ หรือประสานงานขาย อย่างน้อย 6 เดือนขึ้นไป
  3. มีพื้นฐานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office
  4. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบอย่างมากที่สุด
  5. พร้อมพัฒนาตนเองเสมอ
  6. มีความรับผิดชอบในการทำงาน
  7. มีความอดทนในการทำงานสูง
  8. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
  9. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้นได้
