Job Descriptions

-Analyse and Plan for Customer Management -Plan Sales Visit. -Promote Sales Campaign for parts sales. -Sells products and/or services to repair the problem and meet the customer's needs. -Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur, using sales toolkit. -Performs other tasks as required by Dealer Manager and Co-ordinate with Parts Supervisor. -Assist customers in coordinating with Dealers and Accounting, handling customer complaints, concerns, etc. and make sure the issue or problem is followed for customer.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business administration /Marketing or other related fields.
Minimum 3 years experiences in automotive parts sales.
Background in inventory or workshop management is preferable.
Initiative with strong conceptual thinking.
Good service mind, customer oriented.
Product knowledge; UD.
Excellent coordination, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Good command in English.
