Job Descriptions
1 ติดตามสถานะหน้างานให้ดำเนินการไปตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายและรายงานความคืบหน้าต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
2 ทำรายงานประจำวัน
3 ดูแลทรัพยากรที่เป็นเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ของบริษัท
4 ดูแลพื้นที่หน้างานก่อสร้าง/บ้านสต๊อก
5 แก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานข้อตกลงตามเงื่อนไขของงวดงานนั้นๆ
6 ตรวจงาน ผู้รับเหมาตามแปลงทำงานตรงตามแบบที่กำหนด
7 ตรวจเเบบตรวจหน้างาน
8 ตรวจบ้านกับลูกค้า/ทีมตรวจ
9 วางแผนเก็บงานบ้านเร่งโอนตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
Qualifications
- ปวช ขึ้นไป สาขาก่อสร้างหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปี
- ภาวะผู้นำ การเจรจาต่อรอง การตัดสินใจ การวิเคราะห์
- มีความซื่อสัตย์ และมีความรับผิดชอบ
- มีใจรักงานบริการ และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร
- มีใจรักงานบริการ
- บุคลิกภาพดี
