Job Descriptions
- วางกลยุทธ์และแผนงาน KOL/Influencer Marketing - วิเคราะห์ตลาด กลุ่มเป้าหมาย และวางแผนการใช้ KOL ให้ตรงกับแบรนด์ - คัดเลือก KOL ที่เหมาะสมกับภาพลักษณ์แบรนด์และแคมเปญ - สรรหาผู้มีอิทธิพลในโซเชียลมีเดีย ทั้งระดับ Micro, Macro และ Celebrity - เจรจาต่อรองค่าตอบแทน และสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับ KOL - จัดการแคมเปญร่วมกับ KOL - ประสานงานให้ KOL ผลิตคอนเทนต์ตาม Timeline และ Brief - วัดผลและวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ - จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลและนำเสนอเพื่อวางแผนปรับปรุงแคมเปญในอนาคต - บริหารงบประมาณแคมเปญ - ควบคุมงบประมาณให้เป็นไปตามที่วางไว้
Qualifications
  1. อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Influencer Marketing หรือ PR อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
  4. รู้จักและติดตามเทรนด์บนแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ เช่น Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
  5. มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร การเจรจา และบริหารเวลาได้ดี
  6. ใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ Social Media / Influencer ได้ เช่น Hootsuite, Upfluence, Social Listening Tools
  7. หากมีพอร์ตงานที่เคยจัดการแคมเปญ KOL จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
