Job Descriptions
- ติดต่อประสานงานภายในเพื่อวางแผนและจัดทำแผนการส่งออกสินค้า - จัดทำเอกสารรายการสินค้าส่งออกและใบแจ้งหนี้สินค้า(Commercial Invoice & Packing List) - ติดต่อประสานงานกับ Forwarder และ ยื่นเอกสารเดินพิธีการเกี่ยวกับการนำเข้า-ส่งออกสินค้า - ติดต่อและตอบรับ E-mail จากลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับแผนการส่งออกสินค้า สถานะการขนส่งรวมถึงเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องต่างๆ - สรุปข้อมูลการส่งออกและยอดส่งออก รวมถึงประเมินผลการส่งสินค้า - จัดการการนำเข้าทั้งภายนอกและภายในประเทศ ทั้งทางเรือ อากาศ และทางบก - ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของสินค้า และติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกด้านการส่งออก - ตรวจสอบและติดตามการขำระเงินของลูกค้า - ทำงานวันจันทร์ – ศุกร์ (07.30 – 17.30 น.)
Qualifications
  1. ทุกเพศ อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป (เพศชายผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว)
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส.หรือ ป.ตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง ประสบการณ์ 1 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ MS office โดยเฉพาะ Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  4. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ และใช้ภาษาอังกฤษสื่อสารตอบรับ E-mail ได้
  5. มีทักษะการประสานงานที่ดี ละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบติดตามงานได้ดี
  6. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับตัวแทน หรือการนำเข้า-ส่งออกสินค้าจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมาย ระเบียบข้อบังคับทางศุลกากรหรือวิธีปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับเอกสารต่างประเทศจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
