Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, network, and systems across the organization.
Set up and maintain user accounts, laptops, printers, internet connection, and mobile devices for a small startup team.
Support top management with IT-related requirements, ensuring systems and tools run efficiently.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, both remotely and onsite.
Manage and maintain IT inventory and documentation.
Ensure system security and data backup processes are in place and regularly monitored.
Liaise with external vendors or service providers when needed.
Recommend and implement technology improvements to support business needs.
Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up devices and providing IT orientation.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and basic networking.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing needs.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
