Job Descriptions
1. รับเรื่องและตอบปัญหาข้อร้องเรียน สอบถาม หรือเสนอแนะจากลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์, Line, Facebook และช่องทางอื่นๆ
2. บันทึกข้อมูลรายละเอียดงานต่างๆเข้าสู่ระบบได้อย่างถูกต้อง
3. ประสานงานร่วมกับแผนกอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับลูกค้า
4. งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการสื่อสารหรืองานบริการลูกค้า
- มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์
- มี Service Mind
- สามารถทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ได้
