Job Descriptions
1.Coordinate the formulation of competitive strategies on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis for Thai sales companies.
2.Develop product sales strategies aimed at incentivizing distributors and attracting customers.
3.Monitor, research, and analyze the pricing, policies, promotions, and packaging of key competitor products.
4.Analyze, benchmark, adjust, optimize, and formulate annual business policies to enhance operations.
5.Develop and implement monthly promotional policies to boost sales and market presence.
6.Prepare and disseminate various sales management methods and regulations for effective operations.
7.Other as assigned.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Strategic Planning, or a related field.
- Proficiency in spoken English is must.
- Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
- Preferably, possess 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing strategy within the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
- Experience in organized event management with meticulous attention to detail is valued.
- Demonstrated passion for sales strategy is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities are required.
- An outgoing personality coupled with outstanding interpersonal skills is preferred.
