Job Descriptions
- วางบิล-รับเช็ค ลูกค้าในประเทศ (ร้านค้า-ห้างสรรพสินค้า)
- ติดตามทวงหนี้ลูกค้าเกินกำหนดชำระ และประสานงานกับพนักงานขาย
- นำฝากเช็ค-เงินสด ตรวจสอบยอดโอนเงินและออกใบเสร็จให้กับลูกค้าในประเทศ และต่างประเทศ และเงินรับอื่นๆ
- กระทบยอดบัญชีเงินนำฝากธนาคารฝั่งรับ
- บันทึกสมุดรายวันรับ ตัดชำระลูกหนี้ และบันทึกปรับปรุงสมุดรายวันทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับค่าใช้จ่ายประจำสำนักงานขาย
- บันทึกตัดเงินจ่ายล่วงหน้าและเปรียบเทียบ GL ทุกเดือน
- จัดทำรายงานติดตามผล การวางบิล-รับเช็คกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และเซลล์ต่างจังหวัด
- คำนวณค่าคอมมิชชั่นพนักงานขาย
- จัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง กระทบยอดบัญชีแยกประเภท
- ประมาณการกระแสเงินสดรับ, รายงานลูกหนี้
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาการบัญชี หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี ในสายงานบัญชี GL (รับพิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
