Job Descriptions
1. การจัดการข้อมูลและงานธุรการและสื่อสารกับพนักงาน แปลการประชุมหรือฝึกอบรม
2. รับผิดชอบในการวางแผนและจัดตารางงานและติดตามตารางงาน
3. จัดระเบียบและส่งเอกสารอนุมัติ และรับผิดชอบในการติดตามสถานะการดำเนินการและควบคุมความคืบหน้าได้ตลอดเวลา
4. รับผิดชอบในการจัดทำและนำเสนอรายงาน
5. จัดการงานบริหารงานระหว่างแผนกและติดต่อทางธุรกิจ
6. รับผิดชอบในการสื่อสารกับบุคคลภายนอกและแผนกต่างๆ
7. รับผิดชอบในการติดตามเอกสาร การรวบรวมข้อมูล และการจัดการไฟล์
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส.ขึ้นไปในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี
- ทักษะภาษาจีนดีเยี่ยม (ฟัง-พูด-อ่าน-เขียน)สามารถสื่อสารได้เข้าใจง่าย และเหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับการใช้ภาษาจีน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
