Job Descriptions

•Manage and handle overall Production for Automotive parts. (OEE, Productivity , Cycle time , Cost , Quality and Safety). •Be able to manage manpower for machining process effectively and firmly urge each operator to follow work instruction (WI) •Check production performance and follow up KPI to achieve goal and target as planned •Control budgets and exercise control over capital and operating Expenditures •Reduce cost and increase productivity •Inspect and maintain the quality of goods before delivering to customers •Analyze and tackle the problem of production by PDCA methods

Qualifications

Male , Age not more than 45 years
Bachelor degree in Industrial or Production Engineering , Mechanical Engineering or Related field
Experience in Japanese Automotive business (will be an advantage)
Experience in CNC; Fanuc, Okuma and Brother) (will be an advantage)
With minimum of 15 years' experience preferable in automotive parts
Strong in Managerial skill
Good command of English and computer literacy
Knowledge about to IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 system etc
Good communication, negotiation and Interpersonal skills
Good leadership qualities, teamwork ethics, positive attitude
