Job Descriptions
1.Serve as the main contact for clients, managing communications through email and chat. 2.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. 3.Generate and distribute project reports, including updates on progress and case issues. 4.Track and monitor project timelines, case issues, providing regular updates. 5.Document key meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items. 6.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions for successful execution.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Coordinate, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  3. Strong English communication skills in written
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
  6. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
