Job Descriptions
- Delivering new hire training and other departmental training programs.
- Contribuling the overall success of the Operalions and assisting in daily admistation of a Leaming Management System.
- Identihying and working closely with team to design, develop and refine engaging programs in various fomats.
- Providing one-on-one coaching in traing to ensure exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Experience in coaching and communication.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience within a contact center environment as a Trainer.
- Experience within e-learning content design will be an added advantage.
- English with B2-C2 level and above. (Good)
- Ready to start work
