Job Descriptions

-Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements -Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives -Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams -Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust -Play an main part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-5 years of Account Executive experience, preferably in Agencies Marketing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
