Job Descriptions
  • Advise customers and prepare sales proposals for automotive parts, especially leaf springs and suspension components
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
  • Support individual customers, parts retailers, and repair shops
  • Handle quotations, follow-ups, purchase orders, and delivery tracking
  • Research market trends and customer needs to recommend suitable products
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for accurate and timely deliveries
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze customer feedback and trends
  • Visit customers, demonstrate products, and provide technical advice
  • Travel and stay overnight in other provinces as required
  • Assist with marketing activities, promotions, and trade shows
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
    • Qualifications
    1. Age between 20–35 years (must have completed military conscription)
    2. Education: Minimum Vocational Certificate or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is an advantage
    3. Experience in automotive spare parts sales, especially in leaf springs or suspension systems, is highly desirable.
    4. Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    5. Team-oriented with a customer-centric mindset.
    6. Basic proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
    7. Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    8. Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting new customers.
    9. Possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to travel for work (including overnight stays).
    10. Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
