Job Descriptions
• ตรวจนับสินค้าคงคลัง
• ตรวจสอบใบแจ้งหนี้ ดาเนินการ Good Received ใน SAP
• ออกใบแจ้งหนี้และส่งให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาอนุมัติต่อไป
• ประสานงานกับทีม CS เพื่อตรวจสอบราคาในใบแจ้งหนี้
• บรรจุสินค้า เลนส์แว่นตา
• จัดเตรียมและจัดการใบแจ้งหนี้ (หน้าใบส่งของ) สาหรับตัวแทนจัดส่ง
• ส่งมอบสินค้าให้กับตัวแทนจัดส่ง
• ตรวจสอบใบกากับสินค้าคืนจากตัวแทนจัดส่ง
• บันทึกการจัดส่ง และบันทึกหมายเลขใบแจ้งหนี้ ชื่อลูกค้า และส่งไปที่แผนกบัญชี
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
Qualifications
- อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- จบการศึกษาระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
- มีความรับผิดชอบ, อดทน, ละเอียดรอบคอบ, และซื่อสัตย์สุจริต
- เรียนรู้ไว, ชอบพัฒนา และมองหาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหา
- มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก, ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และเป็นมิตร
