Job Descriptions
- รับเอกสารค่าใช้จ่ายจากบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ และคัดแยกเอกสาร - จัดทำเอกสารชุดจ่าย นำส่งผู้บังคับบัญชาเพื่ออนุมัติการจ่ายเงิน - ตรวจสอบเอกสารก่อนทำจ่าย - จัดส่งสลิปการจ่ายเงินผ่านทางอีเมลให้แก่คู่ค้าต่างๆ - นำจ่าย ภ.ง.ด.1 , 3 , 53 , 54 และ ภ.พ.36 , ภ.พ.30 ผ่านระบบออนไลน์ของกรมสรรพกรทางอินเตอร์เน็ต - จัดส่งหนังสือหัก ณ ที่จ่ายให้แก่คู่ค้า - ติดตามใบเสร็จรับเงิน / ใบกำกับภาษีจากคู่ค้า - หลังจากปิดงบประจำเดือนเสร็จสิ้นแล้วจัดเก็บเอกสารรายได้ทุกประเภทเข้าแฟ้มให้เรียบร้อย - ปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายความปลอดภัยของบริษัทฯ - หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย หรือ หญิง (เพศชายต้องผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหาร หรือ ได้รับการยกเว้น)
  2. อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชี หรือการเงิน หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับทางด้านบัญชี กฎหมายภาษีอากร
  5. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและความรับผิดชอบในการทำงาน
  6. สามารถปรับตัวและวิธีการทำงานตามบริบทของธุรกิจได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
  7. สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
