Job Descriptions
Receiving checking and identify of material received. - Create GIA - Make gate pass for transfer material - Final Report of RGP Pending Received and Follow with User for Issue Complete in System 1 Time / Month - Final report of Material Received by User and Follow Issue in System Not Over 7 Day - Clear Stock Chemical Keep in Inventory Over 3 Year 2 Time / Year - Ensure proper storage of chemical at Saralam ( Local and Import ) - Ensure chemical issue by FI-FO - Check stock all chemical 1 time / month - Understanding movement chemical in every time - Ensure proper safety are followed handling chemical - Maintain good housekeeping in area - Five S - Driving Forklift for Received RM , Packaging , Chemical and Clear the Area support Stock - Check physical stock of RM , Chemical In Side and Out Side 1 time / month - Control Stock of RM & Packaging Material - Define Location for all of Material - Endure zero Damage of RM & Packaging Material - Check Physical Stock of Packing Paper Core & End Fitment 1 Time / Week - Check Physical Stock of RM Keep in Tent 1 Time / Day
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in any field Logisticsor related fields.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Warehouse
  3. Knowledge of Warehouse control systems all stock.
  4. Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  5. Knowledge/Skills Logistics & Supply chain /GIA
  6. Fair command of English, reading, writing, speaking & understanding
  7. Have certified forklift driver***
