1.ดูแลจัดเตรียมยาตามใบสั่งแพทย์ทั้ง OPD , IPD , เคมีบำบัด
2.บริหารจัดการยาในโรงพยาบาล
Qualifications
- มีทักษะด้านการค้นหา DRP, ประเมิน ADR, ทักษะการ Counseling
- มีประสบการณ์หรือฝึกงานด้าน Clinical Pharmacist หรือ Pharm.D หรืองานอื่นเช่น ผสมยา Antibiotic, เคมีบำบัด พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานตามตารางเวรที่จัดได้
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
